Today's face was an attempt at creating a Virgin Mary that ended up looking more like Erica Badu, lol. Oh well, sometimes you just have to go with the flow. It's not done yet of course but its the best I could do with the time I had. It was a lot of fun creating the background and hair with a combination of golden absorbent ground + light modeling paste + fiber paste. I love all the texture, totally funky! Anyhoo, I will update as soon as I get a chance to finish her, probably over the weekend.
